Apologies, folks - looks like our server went down temporarily in the middle of the night. Thanks to a quick call from mysticshell, we're back up and running. |

No problem. Though I still feel bad about calling so late. >.o Thanks for getting stuff up and running so incredibly quickly though, Kit. ♥
Huzzah! No more IS deprivation. *cheers*
Hooray! Glad everything is back up and running again. :D
YAY! Glad to hear that things are ok now.
Just wondering if/when the rest of the S2 layouts are going to be fixed.

They need to reset their style. I don't know what causes this, unfortunately, but that's what fixes it.
hiya~ I bought three months of paid time earlier today through paypal but it's still saying I'm a free user... erm, is this normal or was I supposed to include my inksome username somewhere or...? I guess I'm used to livejournal where it happens almost immediately so I'm just worried I might have done something wrong. Thanks :D
Your paid time has now been applied. The email sent with your invite code asks you to email us from the same account you paid with, with the username you'd like the time applied to. This is still a manual process so we need to know what username you've created so we can apply the time. It should show up as paid now. Thanks for your support!
Ah, gotcha! I wasn't quite sure if it was automatic or manual. Sorry about that, I'll be sure to do that for future payments from now on. Thank you very much! (:
Does this apply to re-name tokens as well? I just paid you guys the required $15.
No, you can usually just write in the field exactly what you want renamed to what, no need for a desperate email. However, Kit has to handle renames; I can't do them unfortunately. | |
